Your hosts and owners of the property, Diana and Joe, welcome you to visit Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park Area. You will immediately see their creative talents at work in the cottage hospitality business as soon as you arrive. With an intimate knowledge of the area, our team at Bar Harbor Cottages and Suites will be glad to assist in tailoring the perfect vacation for you and your family in Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park as well as the surrounding areas.

• Cottages are one and two bedroom, fully equipped units accommodating 1 - 5 people.  
• All rates subject to 9% lodging tax.
• Complimentary coffee, tea available upon arrival.
• Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas only.
• Deposits are held by major credit card at the time of reservation.  A one-night deposit or one half of the total due is required, whichever is greater. Balance for all reservations is due upon arrival.  Remaining balance payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or cash. 
  
• Cancellations:  We never overbook our rooms, and we hold your reservation as confirmed for the dates you have reserved. For this reason, deposits will be gladly refunded, less a $75 cancellation fee per cottage booked, if cancellation is made up to 28 days prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled within 28 days of arrival will be billed the full amount of the deposit paid. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.

• Check-in is from 3:30 pm on.

• Outdoor picnic tables available for each cottage.
• Rates vary according to date, accommodation and size of party.
